This equipment is designed for three main extrusion processes:

It processes Foam‑PE, Foam‑PP, HDPE, PU and PVC materials, and fits thin copper conductors from AWG36 up to AWG22. The finished cables are commonly used in data communication cables, high‑speed signal wires and electronic internal wiring harnesses.

3. Precise temperature control

Equipped with SCR power controller and imported temperature regulators. The machine barrel temperature fluctuation is controlled within ±1°C. Stable heating guarantees uniform foaming cell size and avoids uneven foam density caused by temperature drift.

4. Higher production efficiency and easier color change

The special screw structure prevents plastic adhesion and chromium peeling. Operators can switch insulation colors quickly without long‑time cleaning. The maximum line speed can hit 500 m/min, with hourly output up to 60 kg, greatly lifting daily production capacity.

5. Compact layout, saves workshop floor space

Traditional foaming extrusion lines separate accumulator, haul‑off, meter counter and spark tester as standalone units. Our machine combines these auxiliary devices into an integrated frame. The overall length is shortened by more than 5 meters, ideal for factories with limited workshop area.

  1. Active pay‑off machine: Non‑power active unwinding, adjustable tension, suitable for 300‑500 wire bobbins
  2. Main extruder + color injection extruder: Double extruder structure for Foam‑Skin co‑extrusion and color strip marking
  3. Movable thermostatic cooling water tank: Dual air wiper, constant temperature water cooling to shape foamed insulation
  4. U‑type long cooling trough: 10‑meter cooling section for full curing of plastic foam layer
  5. Accumulator: Horizontal or inclined accumulator for continuous production during bobbin change
  6. Capstan haul‑off unit and double‑axis take‑up machine: Frequency speed regulation, single/linkage operation, auto stop at preset meter length

How to select the right model

 

We supply four standard models: Φ40+30, Φ45+35, Φ50+35 and Φ55+40.

Φ40+30: For AWG36‑AWG30 ultra‑thin conductors, max output 25 kg/h

Φ45+35: For AWG32‑AWG28 thin wires, max output 40 kg/h

Φ50+35: For AWG30‑AWG26 conductors, max output 50 kg/h

Φ55+40: For AWG28‑AWG22 wires, max output 60 kg/h
